LGN Named to Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in Construction Equipment Rental Antitrust Litigation

Lockridge Grindal Nauen is proud to announce that the LGN team led by partners Joe Bourne and Steve Teti has been named to the plaintiffs’ steering committee in the In re Construction Equipment Rental Antitrust Litigation.

This national antitrust action alleges that the major providers of rental equipment conspired with each other and with information-sharing platform Rouse Services to artificially raise the price of construction equipment rentals throughout the United States. The plaintiffs allege that this anticompetitive conduct caused construction companies and other businesses and individuals to pay too much for their equipment rentals.
