Heidi Silton is a partner in the firm’s antitrust and competition department and practices primarily in complex business litigation. Ms. Silton represents mainly small and mid-sized businesses in complex litigation involving other businesses and litigates in Minnesota and throughout the United States. Ms. Silton also serves as Chair to the firm’s business development committee.

Ms. Silton is regularly named one of Minnesota's top 100 Women Lawyers by a peer review list of leading Minnesota lawyers. She served as Chair of the Antitrust Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association from 2014 to 2015 and is a member of the Federal Bar Association and the Minnesota and Hennepin County Bar Associations. Ms. Silton is also an Officer of The Committee to Support the Antitrust Laws (COSAL), serving as Treasurer in 2016. COSAL was established in 1986 to promote and support the enactment, preservation, and enforcement of a strong body of antitrust laws in the United States. Ms. Silton is a frequent speaker on both women’s issues and antitrust law.

In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Silton is the current Hiring Partner and an active member of the firm’s Business Development Committee.
