Eric C. Tostrud, LGN partner, was part of a panel discussion, "Recent Developments in Federal Civil Procedure: How Not to Play by the Rules," part of the Federal Practice Seminar sponsored by the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. The day included a reception honoring Judge Gerald Heany and rememberances of the late Judge Donald Lay, for whom W. Joseph Bruckner, LGN partner and member of the FBA-Minnesota Chapter Board of Governors, once served as a law clerk.

Nauen Speaks at Annual Environmental Law Institute

Charlie Nauen, with co-presenter Gregg Downing, addressed current trends in environmental review and explore the Minnesota Environmental Rights Act as part of a full day CLE program sponsored by The Environment and Natural Resources Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association and Minnesota Continuing Legal Education at the Minnesota State Bar Association.
