Lockridge Grindal Nauen hosted an intimate reception honoring Saint Paul Mayor-Elect Melvin Carter last week. Mayor-Elect Carter spoke about his vision for the future of Saint Paul, the challenges the city faces, and his plans to tackle those challenges. Mayor-Elect Carter will be sworn in January 2, 2018.
