Overview

Kelly J. LeRoy has more than twenty years’ experience as a paralegal in the area of complex litigation, specializing in consumer fraud and products liability. She has experience working with cases venued in many federal courts and through the Multi-District Litigation Panel. Ms. LeRoy has maintained voluminous case files, designed and implemented document coding databases, coordinated and monitored multiple coding projects, and prepared attorneys for depositions and hearings. She has also prepared for and participated in several trials.

Ms. LeRoy attended the University of Minnesota, obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree with honors. She also earned an Associate of Science Degree from North Hennepin Community College in Paralegal Studies. Ms. LeRoy is a member of the American Association for Justice (paralegal section) and Women in E-Discovery (Minneapolis/St. Paul chapter).
