Craig S. Davis practices in the firm's complex litigation and class action group, with an emphasis on antitrust and product liability law. He worked extensively on the In re Bristol- Myers Squibb Co. securities litigation. In 2008, he was awarded the Advocate designation by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA). Mr. Davis has represented individuals and businesses in state and federal courts involving claims of personal injury, product liability, wrongful death, business and premises liability, lead paint exposure, misrepresentation, contract and consumer law. He clerked for District Court Judge William J. Nierengarten, in the Third Judicial District of Minnesota. He is a graduate of Cornell University, and Washington & Lee University School of Law.
