David Asp practices in the areas of ERISA, employee benefits and employment law in state and federal courts. He is a cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School where he served as Note and Comment Editor of the Minnesota Journal of Global Trade, and is an honors graduate from Augsburg College. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Asp was a 2004 Presidential Management Fellow at the U.S. Department of State where he assisted in negotiating terrorist screening information agreements with foreign governments.
