Experience

Ms. Silton's primary areas of practice are antitrust, class action and business litigation. Ms. Silton represents mainly small and mid-sized businesses in actions against other businesses. Ms. Silton represents these businesses in complex litigation in Minnesota and throughout the United States. Ms. Silton serves as a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Antitrust Council and is regularly named one of Minnesota’s top 100 Women Lawyers by a peer review list of leading Minnesota lawyers.

In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Silton manages the firm's Summer Associate program and is the current Hiring Partner.
