Yvonne M. Flaherty practices in the areas of products liability, pharmaceutical, medical device, antitrust, and business litigation. She is a member of the American Association for Justice, Minnesota Association for Justice, and the Minnesota State, Hennepin County, and Federal Bar associations. Ms. Flaherty is also active in a variety of complex litigations in both state and federal courts throughout the United States and serves on various litigation committees for Multidistrict and other complex litigation. Ms. Flaherty serves on the American Association for Justice Board of Governors, is the Chair-Elect for the Woman's Caucus, Co-Chair of the Electronic Discovery Litigation Group, and Secretary of the Section on Toxic Environmental and Pharmaceutical Torts. She also serves on the Minnesota Association for Justice Executive Committee. Ms. Flaherty is a 1996 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from St. Olaf College in 1992.
