LGN Attorney Kate Baxter-Kauf Participates in Justice Jeopardy
Lockridge Grindal Nauen P.L.L.P. partner Kate Baxter-Kauf, who practices in the firm’s data breach, antitrust law, business litigation, and securities litigation practice groups, recently participated as one of the legal minds in the Minnesota Supreme Court Historical Society’s Justice Jeopardy Event.
Kate was on team Affirmance with Justice G. Barry Anderson and Murray County Attorney Travis Smith, while Justice Gordon Moore, Just Theodora Gaitas, Professor Peter Knapp were on Team Reversal. LGN is a Founding Contributor of the Minnesota Supreme Court Historical Society, which is dedicated to the collection, preservation and promotion of Minnesota’s judicial history through education, memorials, publications and scholarship, with emphasis on the history of the State’s highest court. Kate was a judicial law clerk for the Minnesota Supreme Court in the 2011-2012 term.
