LGN Partners Participate in Federal Bar Association Panel
On May 9, 2022, Lockridge Grindal Nauen partners Brian D. Clark and Kate Baxter-Kauf participated in a panel presented by the Mass Tort, Multi-District Litigation, and Class Action Practice Group of the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association entitled Discovery in Complex Cases: Best Practices on Cutting-Edge E-Discovery Issues and Tips for the Meet and Confer Process.
This webinar featured Magistrate Judge Elizabeth Cowan Wright and LGN Partner Brian D. Clark, along with Niloy Ray, shareholder and e-discovery counsel at Littler Mendelson P.C., examining emerging practices relating to ESI protocols, protective orders, and new and cutting e-discovery technology and issues, with a focus on how such disputes could be narrowed or resolved through the meet and confer process. LGN Partner Kate Baxter-Kauf moderated the discussion, which was attended by more than 65 area practitioners and judges.
