Brian Clark presents with 3M, DOJ attorneys as part of MSBA e-Discovery Panel

LGN attorney Brian Clark recently served on a panel with 3M Senior Counsel David Ernst and Senior Litigator Counsel for the United States Department of Justice, Antitrust Division Tracy Greer

The panel was part of a CLE organized by the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Section. The CLE, E-Discovery & Antitrust Investigations: A Perspective from the Government, In-House and Outside Counsel, took place on December 12, 2017 and focused on the e-discovery challenges of a government antitrust investigation from the perspective of the government, in-house counsel, and outside counsel.
