Brian Clark Presents at National eDiscovery Leadership Institute

On April 5, 2019, LGN partner Brian Clark presented at the National eDiscovery Leadership Institute (NeLI) on a panel entitled “Negotiating Discovery: Obstacles and Pathways to Success.”

NeLI was formed in 2014 to provide high quality educational opportunities to judges and legal professionals specifically focused on electronically stored information (ESI) and to encourage cooperation between and among the bench and the bar. NeLI aims to provide the very best full day eDiscovery program offered anywhere in the world.
