David Zoll to serve on the Minnesota Environmental Quality Board’s Environmental Review Advisory Panel

LGN Partner David Zoll has been selected to serve on the Minnesota Environmental Quality Board’s Environmental Review Advisory Panel. The 12-member panel was formed to assess Minnesota’s environmental review program, identify areas of concern, and propose changes to modernize the program.

David will bring has extensive experience representing governmental units, private industries, and non-profit organizations in environmental review matters, and his unique perspective as a litigator, to the Panel’s discussions.
