Kate Baxter-Kauf named a Top Attorney Under 40 by Law360

Congratulations to LGN attorney Kate Baxter-Kauf on being named a Top Lawyer Under 40 by Law360. Kate was selected for her work in the Cybersecurity & Privacy area, and was the only Minnesota attorney named of the 168 lawyers recognized.

Kate has been extensively involved in the emerging area of data breach litigation, representing financial institutions and consumers in complex litigation arising out of medical and retailer data breaches across the country.
