Kristen Martilla examines class action tolling issues in ABA Antitrust Section newsletter
Kristen Marttila, a partner in LGN’s Antitrust practice group, published an article examining the class-action tolling issues raised in China Agritech, Inc. v. Resh, currently pending before the Supreme Court. Her article, “The U.S. Supreme Court Takes on the Timeliness of Later-Filed Class Actions,” was published in the February edition of the ABA Antitrust Section’s Perspectives In Antitrust newsletter, published by the section’s Civil Practice and Procedure Committee.
