Kyle Pozan Selected as Featured Panelist at Midyear Meeting of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1

We are proud to announce that LGN partner Kyle Pozan will be a featured panelist at the 2025 Midyear Meeting of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 (WG1) on Electronic Document Retention and Production this week.

Kyle will serve as a panelist during “ESI Case Law Session 2: Recent Key Case Law Decisions and Their Impact on Discovery Practice.” This session will explore significant eDiscovery rulings from the past six months, addressing topics such as artificial intelligence, privilege logs, and family productions, and their implications for discovery practices in 2025 and beyond. ​

Kyle focuses his practice on antitrust class actions and other civil litigation matters, and as a member of WG1, Kyle contributes to advancing best practices in eDiscovery. He currently serves on the Brainstorming Group on Possession, Custody, or Control and has previously participated in drafting teams focused on the eDiscovery implications of the Internet of Things. ​
