LGN Attorney Kate Baxter-Kauf Speaks at Class Action Money & Ethics Conference

Partner Kate Baxter-Kauf, who practices in the firm’s data breach, antitrust law, business litigation, and securities litigation practice groups, recently presented at the Class Action Money & Ethics Conference, presented by Beard Group, Inc.

Kate participated on a panel entitled Drilling in the Data Oil Fields: What’s New and Trending in Data Privacy Class Actions, which explored new decisions related to the Telephone Consumer Privacy Act, the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, the California Invasion of Privacy Act, and damages and standing in data breach class actions.  Kate is a frequent speaker on data breach and cybersecurity topics at conferences throughout the United States.
