LGN established the Lockridge Grindal Nauen Foundation to further our commitment to supporting the communities where we live and work. The Foundation supports nonprofit organizations with an emphasis on promoting access to educational opportunities, justice, housing, and removing systemic barriers to achievement and opportunity.
Community Outreach
In its inaugural year, 2023, the LGN Foundation proudly supported Agate Housing and Services and Neighborhood House. Both local organizations work tirelessly to help the unhoused, achieve housing stability through supportive services, and relieve food insecurity in the community.

Neighborhood House
Neighborhood House has been and continues to be a welcoming presence for thousands of refugees, immigrants, and others in transition or crisis. The organization has become a full-service hub for those seeking assistance with basic needs, from food to housing, as well as helping create future opportunities through family coaching and education programming.
Their integrated approach to programming recognizes the wholeness of every person’s life and considers aspects of each individual’s needs and well-being so that they can serve every member of a family as they build strength and stability for the future.
