Emily J. Tremblay is a patent litigator dedicated to protecting and monetizing her clients’ intellectual property and technology, as well as to helping them grow and protect their competitive positions in the markets where they operate. Emily represents clients in complex, multi-million-dollar patent litigation across technologies and the country, including plaintiffs and defendants in the pharmaceutical, medical device, video streaming, semiconductor, and mechanical spaces. She appreciates the dynamic, fast-changing nature of her clients’ industries and enjoys the challenge of leveraging her knowledge of those industries to best protect her clients’ valuable interests.
Arielle S. Wagner, Partner | Lockridge Grindal Nauen PLLP
Arielle Strong Wagner is a partner at Lockridge Grindal Nauen and practices primarily in the firm’s antitrust, generative AI, data breach, and tribal government representation groups, representing consumers, small businesses, and tribes in complex litigation throughout the United States. In her antitrust practice, Arielle focuses on plaintiffs-side class actions involving claims of price fixing, restraint of trade, monopolization, and attempted monopolization in various industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and agriculture, technology, and retail products.
Arielle is from the Lake Vermilion Reservation in Tower, Minnesota (population 500) and is a Past President of the Minnesota American Indian Bar Association. Arielle’s tribal government representation practice includes experience in the areas of Federal Indian Law, tribal sovereign immunity and environmental law and regulations.
Stephanie Chen, Counsel – Litigation & Investigations | Humana
Stephanie serves as antitrust in-house counsel at Humana Inc., a Fortune 500 healthcare company. She manages and advises on affirmative litigation, subpoenas, government inquiries, and regulatory compliance counseling. Prior to her current role, she was a litigation associate at Robins Kaplan LLP and Lockridge Grindal Nauen PLLP. Stephanie is committed to serving the community through pro bono work and advancing diversity in the profession.
Zuri Balmakund Santiago, Assistant Attorney General | Office of the Minnesota Attorney General
Zuri Balmakund Santiago joined the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General in 2019. She serves as an Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Division, handling homicides, use-of-force, and trafficking cases. Before Joining the Office, she served as an Assistant County Attorney in the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office. She is a past-president of the Minnesota Hispanic Bar Association and the current Vice President of Membership with the Hispanic National Bar Association.
