LGN’s Kate Baxter-Kauf Speaks at Class Action Forum
Partner Kate Baxter-Kauf, who practices in the firm’s data breach, antitrust law, business litigation, and securities litigation practice groups, recently participated on a panel at the Third Annual Western Alliance Bank Class Action Law Forum, in collaboration with the University of San Diego School of Law.
Kate is the immediate past chair of the Pro-Choice Minnesota Foundation, where she volunteers, and frequently speaks on reproductive access, freedom, and lKate participated on the forum’s Privacy & Data Breach panel, discussing hot topics in standing, biometrics, and other leading issues facing privacy and data breach practitioners, with Joshua Jessen of Gibson Dunn, David Fioccola of Morrison & Foerster LLC, Ann Marie Mortimer of Hunton Andrews Kurth, and Kenya J. Reddy of Morgan & Morgan. Kate is a frequent speaker on data breach and cybersecurity topics at conferences throughout the United States.
