Maureen Kane Berg Appointed Co-Lead Counsel in CDK Data Breach Litigation

We’re proud to share that Lockridge Grindal Nauen Senior Counsel Maureen Kane Berg has been appointed Co-Lead Counsel for the Employee/Consumer Subclass in In Re CDK Global Data Breach Litigation.

The case alleges that CDK Global did not adequately protect consumer and employee data and that the personal information of tens of thousands of people was likely exposed in the hack. The breach left car dealerships across the country unable to operate for weeks, directly impacting employees whose personal information was stolen while they went unpaid due to the system outage.
