Overview
Antonia (Toni) Konkoly is a senior counsel at Lockridge Grindal Nauen practicing primarily in the firm’s antitrust and employment practice groups.
Prior to joining the firm, Toni worked for more than a decade at the U.S. Department of Justice – first as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia, and then as a trial attorney with the DOJ’s Civil Division, Federal Programs Branch. In both roles, she defended federal agencies in complex civil litigation, typically involving constitutional or statutory challenges to significant federal programs or regulations, and/or national security issues. Prior to her federal service, Toni clerked for Magistrate James Orenstein on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and Judge Thomas Wheeler on the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
