Mr. Munic practices in the areas of Labor & Employment and Public Sector Law. After 31 years, he recently retired as a Senior Assistant Hennepin County Attorney focusing on labor and employment issues. In that role, he provided advice and counsel to the County and its hospital HCMC, as well as representing those entities in federal and state court, labor arbitrations, and a variety of administrative agencies. He has been a frequent lecturer on public sector labor & employment law topics. He is also the Public Employer Representative on Minnesota’s Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) which adjudicates unfair labor practice charges in Minnesota’s public sector. He was a Law Clerk to the Hon. Harry H. MacLaughlin, Judge of the United States District Court in Minnesota.
