Michael Palm was born and raised in northeast Ohio and graduated from Wayzata High School before earning a degree in international affairs with a concentration in international economics. He has gained professional experience across various legal fields, including bankruptcy, civil and criminal litigation, federal administration and regulations, housing discrimination, immigration, international trade, sexual assault and abuse, and data breach law.

Michael has a broad range of intellectual interests, encompassing architecture, constitutional law, criminal justice, economics, education, energy, finance, gender equality, geography, global affairs, globalization, health and well-being, history, immigration, languages, Latin American geopolitics, philosophy, public policy, racial equity, space, supply chains, technology, and transportation.

Michael’s personal interests include comedy, docuseries, hiking, interior design, museums, music, painting, photography, listening to podcasts, reviving old furniture, sports (big fan of softball and volleyball), sci-fi, sledding, snowmobiling, and traveling.
