Overview
David Hahn represents individuals, businesses, and public entities in a wide range of complex disputes. He focuses his practice in the areas of business litigation, employment law, and administrative law. Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable David R. Stras on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the Honorable Eric C. Tostrud on the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
David graduated summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2019, receiving membership in the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he served as the Lead Note and Comment Editor for the Minnesota Law Review, an instructor in the legal writing program, and a research assistant for a professor of administrative and tax law. Before attending law school, David worked as a legal assistant for a small law firm in Minneapolis.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and mathematics from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. He lives in Minneapolis with his wife, their son, and their Labrador retriever.
