Rachel Kitze Collins elected President of Minneapolis/St. Paul Chapter of the American Constitution Society

Congratulations to LGN attorney Rachel Kitze Collins on her election as president of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Chapter of the American Constitution Society. She previously served as the organization’s Vice-President.
