Rob Shelquist speaks at Louisiana State Bar Association Complex Litigation Symposium

LGN Partner Robert Shelquist spoke at the Louisiana State Bar Association’s 17th Annual Class Action/Complex Litigation Symposium on Friday November 10th in New Orleans. He participated in a panel focusing on preemption issues in class action cases. Former Solicitor General of the United States Ken Starr and Richard Arsenault also spoke at the Symposium.
